2-1-4: TERM:

The term of each member is four (4) years, or until his successor takes office and shall expire on December 31 of their respective years. The terms of the members shall be overlapping and the membership of the city planning commission first appointed shall include two (2) members for two (2) years and three (3) members for four (4) years.
