2-1-2: AUTHORITY:
The commission is hereby authorized to act for and on behalf of the city of Ely as a planning commission which shall fulfill all of the duties and functions of a planning commission as set forth in chapter 278 of the Nevada Revised Statutes and all applicable sections of this code.
