13-1-4-1: DESIGNATION OF THE LOCAL FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:
The city engineer and/or building official are hereby appointed local floodplain administrators to administer and implement this chapter by granting or denying floodplain development permits in accordance with its provisions. (Ord. 624, 2-14-2008)
