For fixture types not listed, fixture unit value shall be estimated by using similar use and performance description.
For nonresidential facilities which operate or are open to the public in excess of twelve (12) hours per day, a multiplier of 1.5 shall be applied to the fixture unit value per unit. (Ord. 453, 11-29-1990)
