1-2-3: EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCES:
Each and every ordinance passed by the city council shall, unless otherwise expressly provided therein, become effective twenty (20) days after its passage, approval and publication according to law. (Ord. 474, 6-8-1992, eff. 7-1-1992)
