A. Establishment And Maintenance: Each applicant for service shall establish and maintain credit to the satisfaction of the sewer department before service will be rendered.
B. Loss And Reestablishment Of Credit: Any amount due for sewer service that remains unpaid for twenty (20) days after presentation of a bill during the depositor's first year of service, may be deducted from the guarantee deposit and service shall be subject to discontinuance until the deposit is again restored to the original amount. Any such unpaid amount accruing subsequent to the depositor's first year of service, where the premises are owned by the depositor, may also be deducted from any guaranty deposit remaining in the department's possession.
