10-1-4-18: INFILTRATION/INFLOW:
Infiltration/inflow costs shall be commingled with operation, maintenance and replacement (OM&R) expenses and shall be distributed among customers proportionate to their usage of the treatment facilities. (Ord. 453, 11-29-1990)
