10-1-4-15: DISCHARGE PERMIT FEES/TOXIC POLLUTANTS:

All commercial/industrial discharges must obtain a discharge permit at time of service application. All discharges whose anticipated discharge level of toxic pollutants which can be expected to increase the cost of treating the wastewater or effluent/sludge shall pay for such increased costs. (Ord. 453, 11-29-1990)
