10-1-4-3: FEES, PENALTIES AND EXTRAORDINARY CHARGES:
Fees, penalties and extraordinary charges collected by the district and not related to regular OM&R expenses shall accrue to the capitalization fund. (Ord. 453, 11-29-1990)
