10-1-4: SEWER REVENUE SYSTEM:

The city sewer revenue system shall be responsible for the fiscal operations of the city wastewater treatment facilities. The sewer revenue system shall consist of two (2) separate and discrete programs: the capitalization fund and the user charge system. (Ord. 453, 11-29-1990)
