10-1-3-13: CONNECTION OF INFLOW SOURCES:
All sources of inflow including, but not limited to, roof leaders, cellar, yard and area drains, catch basins, manholes, etc., shall be prohibited from connection to the sewer system. (Ord. 453, 11-29-1990)
