9-7-3: NONLIABILITY OF CITY:

This chapter shall not be construed as imposing upon the City any liability or responsibility for damages to any person or property caused by any defect in the workmanship or structure for which a permit has been issued as herein provided, nor as a result of defective materials used herein.
