9-6-4: APPEALS:
Section 109.1 of the International Mechanical Code (IMC) reference to the board of appeals means: The City Council shall act as a board of appeals. A quorum of the City Council constitutes a quorum of the board of appeals. (Ord. 746, 8-18-2022)
