Section 108.4 of the International Mechanical Code (IMC) is amended to read as follows: Section 108.4. Any person, firm, association, or corporation, whether public or private, who shall violate any of the provisions of this code hereby adopted or fail to comply therewith shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this code.
