There is adopted by the Ely city council, for the purpose of administering and enforcing in the city, the technical provisions of the 2011 edition of the National Electric Code (NEC), that certain uniform code known as the uniform administrative code promulgated by the International Conference Of Building Officials, being particularly 2011 and the whole thereof, and official amendments and supplements thereto, and future editions on their effective date, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended, of which not less than one (1) copy is now on file in the office of the city clerk, and the same are adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein.
