There is adopted by the Ely City Council, Nevada, for the purpose of establishing regulations, for the installation, alteration and maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems, that certain plumbing code known as International Plumbing Code (IPC), being particularly the 2018 edition thereof and the whole thereof, and official amendments and supplements thereto, and future editions on their effective date, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended, of which not less than one (1) copy in now filed in the office of the City clerk of the City of Ely, Nevada, and the same are adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and from the effective date hereof, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the installation, alteration, and maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems contained in the City of Ely.
