7-5-1: SELLING OR DISCHARGING:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, give away, set off or discharge any firecrackers, rocket, Roman candle, pinwheel, squib, bomb, sparkler, torpedo or any other character of fireworks within the city, except by permit first obtained as provided in the following section. (Prior Code § 9-17)
