As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, not to supersede State definitions:
OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLE (OHV): Dirt bikes, quads, ATVs, three wheelers, and any other off highway vehicle not described as UTV.
UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLE (UTV): Large, two (2) or more person side-by- side vehicles fitted with roll cages. (Ord. 725, 2-13-2020)
