5-5-5: PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS:

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished according to the provisions set forth in NRS 207.200 and NRS 193.150. (Ord. 628, 9-25-2008; amd. Ord. 743, 8-12-2021)
