5-5-1: PURPOSE:
To regulate the use of City-owned or operated Parks and Park Facilities in order that all persons may enjoy and make use of the Parks and Park Facilities and to protect the assets and resources of these community properties. (Ord. 628, 9-25-2008; amd. Ord. 743, 8-12-2021)
