A. Prohibited: Any person who shall wilfully and maliciously injure, mark or deface any church edifice, school house, or any other building, public or private, its fixtures, books or appurtenances; or who shall wilfully and maliciously break, destroy or injure the door or window of any dwelling house, shop, store, or other house or building, or the door, window, windshield, lamps, tires or other parts or accessories of any motor vehicle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
B. Reward For Arrest And Conviction: Any person who shall provide information resulting in the arrest and conviction of any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be rewarded in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), which amount shall be provided from the fine levied by the court against the convicted person. C. Penalty:
1. Fine And Jail Term: Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
2. Restitution: In addition to any fine or jail term imposed by the court, any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be ordered by the court to pay the reasonable cost of repairing, restoring or replacing the property defaced, injured or destroyed.
