Any person who shall wilfully or maliciously disturb the peace and quiet of any person or persons, family or lawful assemblage of persons by loud, indecent, profane, abusive or obscene language or conduct, or by making or causing any loud or unusual noise, tumultuous or offensive conduct, or by quarreling, threatening, traducing, challenging to fight or fighting, or by giving any false alarm of fire, or by ringing of bells, blowing of horns, playing of loud music audible to other drivers while operating a motor vehicle, or racing car motors or operating a motor vehicle without a muffler, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
