5-1-7: EXPECTORATION; THROWING CIGARETTES, CIGARS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate or throw cigar stumps, cigarette stumps or squibs of tobacco upon any paved sidewalk or crosswalk within the city. (Prior Code § 15-10)
