Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this chapter incorporates the requirements and procedures set forth in Nevada Revised Statutes 453A and NAC 453A. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes 453A and NAC 453A, or any other applicable State or local law, the more restrictive provision shall control.
