3-14-4: MEDICAL MARIJUANA COMPLIANCE PERMIT REQUIRED:
   A.   A medical marijuana compliance permit issued by the City Council is required prior to the Director accepting a license application for a medical marijuana establishment.
   B.   The City Council may consider proposals for a medical marijuana compliance permit from any business or individual applying to the State regulating authority for a registration certificate for a medical marijuana establishment located within the City. (Ord. 707, 12-14-2017)
