3-3-8: EXAMINATION AND AUDIT OF BOOKS AND RECORDS:
The tax administrator or his duly authorized agents are empowered to examine and audit the books, papers and records of any licensee or person operating a rental business and to make investigations in connection therewith. (Prior code § 13-30)
