If a structure owner feels aggrieved due to a denial by the Ely renaissance society mural selection committee of the structure owner's request for permission to paint a mural on their structure, the aggrieved owner may appeal to the city council by placing an agenda item on any city council meeting within thirty (30) days of such denial. The city council will consider the structure owner's request and make a final determination on whether the mural can be created. The decision of the city council is final. (Ord. 537, 12-21-1999; amd.
