Section 114.4 of the International Plumbing Code (IPC) is amended so that the first sentence of the section reads as follows: Section 114.4 Violation penalties. Any person, firm, association or corporation, whether public or private, who shall violate any of the provisions of this code hereby adopted or fail to comply therewith shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this code.
