9-4-3: ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY:
Whenever the term "administrative authority" is used in this code, it shall be construed to mean the individual appointed by the Ely city council to serve as building official, or the person in charge of the department delegated by the Ely city council as the administrative authority.
