4-1-21: CRIMINAL ACTION:

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or prohibit the prosecution of the owner, or others, for a violation of any provision of this code or other ordinance affecting the health or welfare of the people by criminal complaint. (Ord. 744, 1-13-2022)
