The violation of any provision of this chapter where no previous penalty is provided for shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code and, upon conviction thereof, the court may revoke any and all such licenses which may have been issued hereunder to the person for such liquor business in the room or premises in which such violation occurred.
