License Revocation Or Suspension: It is hereby declared to be the policy of the city that no one who has been previously licensed by the city as a retailer by the drink and whose license has been revoked or suspended shall be employed as a bartender in any other establishment licensed under this chapter after such revocation or during such suspension.
