3-15-22: MINOR; EMPLOYMENT:

Except as otherwise provided by state law, it is unlawful for any marijuana establishment to employ a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, or to permit a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to sell marijuana, edible marijuana products, or marijuana-infused products.
