2-4-10: DUTIES:
The Animal Control Advisory Board may consider and advise the City Council on matters arising out of Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 574 and title 5, chapter 3 of this Code. The Animal Control Advisory Board is not a society for purposes of and as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 574.010 to 574.040 (inclusive). (Ord. 712, 5-10-2018)
