1-11-13: LEGAL COMPLIANCE:

Franchisee shall comply at all times with the requirements of this chapter, the franchise granted pursuant to this chapter, the franchise agreement, and all applicable State and local laws relating to health, sanitation, safety, equipment, ambulance design, and all other laws and ordinances.
