Members of the Animal Control Advisory Board shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and may be removed pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 266.415 and in event of a mayoral veto, as provided in Nevada Revised Statutes 266.200 or may be removed, after public hearing, by a majority vote of the Governing Body for just cause, which includes, but is not limited to, inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance or misfeasance of office.
