Base rate
$42 per month for 10,000 gallons
Overages
$1 per 1,000 gallons for 10,001-15,000 gallons
$2 per 1,000 gallons for 15,001-30,000 gallons
$2.75 per 1,000 gallons for 30,001 gallons and over
