§ 51.10 NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC.
   Although failure of a consumer to be aware of this subchapter shall be no defense to violation hereof, the city shall use all reasonable means to notify its customers of the hazards of cross-connections and the need for annual inspection of backflow prevention assemblies.
