§ 155.279 BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   The Building Inspector shall not issue any permit for the proposed building or use within the project unless such building or use is in accordance with the approved development plan and any conditions imposed. Approved development plans shall be filed with the Planning Commission, Engineer, Building Inspector, and City Recorder.
