§ 155.250 CONDITIONS.
   (A)   The Planning Commission, or the city staff when authorized, shall decide all applications for design review.
   (B)   Design approval may include such conditions consistent with the considerations of this subchapter as the Commission or city staff deems reasonable and necessary under the circumstances to carry out the intent of this subchapter.
