(A) Minimum lot area. The minimum lot size for a lot in the Residential Zone shall be:
(1) R-1-20 Zone: 20,000 square feet; and
(2) R-1-40 Zone: 43,000 square feet.
(B) Minimum lot width. The minimum lot width for a lot in the Residential Zone shall be:
(1) R-1-20 Zone: 120 feet; and
(2) R-1-40 Zone: 150 feet.
(C) Height standards.
(1) Minimum: one story; and
(2) Maximum: two stories or 35 feet.
(D) Setback standard. The following table and figure depict the required minimum setback for the residential zone.
