§ 155.140 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the city is divided into the following zones in which land uses shall be limited as specified in this chapter. Classification will be determined on the basis of location, topographic features, and other reasonable considerations to guide the orderly physical growth, neighborhood compatibility, and overall stability of the city:

   (A)   Agricultural Zone, A: §§ 155.155 through 155.158;

   (B)   Single-Family Residential Zone, R-1-20, R-1-40: §§ 155.170 through 155.174;

   (C)   Commercial Zone, C-1, C-2: §§ 155.185 through 155.192;

   (D)   Industrial/Manufacturing Zone, I/M: §§ 155.205 through 155.210;

   (E)   Sensitive Area Overlay Zone, SA: §§ 155.225 through 155.232 ; and

   (F)   Master Planned Community Zone, multi-family, mixed use, varied density: §§ 155.460 through 155.478.
