Domestic water supply and sewage disposal shall comply with the Bear River Health Department requirements in all applications for a building permit where either an approved supply of piped water under pressure, or a sewer, is not available. When a public sewer is not available no building permit shall be issued for any lot less than 20,000 square feet in area, except by approval of the County Board of Health.
