§ 152.01 TITLE.
   The title of the ordinance codified herein is the “Elwood City Renewable Energy Ordinance,” and will be referred to herein as “this chapter.”

§ 152.02 PURPOSE.
   This chapter is established to regulate the installation and operation of renewable energy systems within the city not otherwise subject to siting and oversight by the state. In no case shall the provisions of this chapter guarantee rights to solar access for new systems.

§ 152.03 JURISDICTION.
   The jurisdiction of this chapter shall apply to all areas of the city.
