§ 150.182 APPEAL OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION DECISIONS.
   Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Council related to a special exception application may appeal the decision to District Court, the court acting as the Appeal Authority for special exception application decisions by the Council.
