The applicant(s) for a special exception application approval shall pay all costs incurred by the city for the provision of city engineering and attorney services, provided by a licensed engineer and attorney selected by the city, and necessary to review the final subdivision application materials for conformity to the requirements of this subchapter and other applicable land use ordinances and requirements, and accepted civil engineering practice.
