§ 150.154 CURB AND GUTTER.
   (A)   Curb and gutter shall be installed on existing and proposed streets by the developer where, in the opinion of the Planning Commission and the City Council, they will be necessary to remove surface water to promote safety or other justifiable reasons as determined by the Planning Commission or City Council.
   (B)   Curb and gutter shall be installed by the developer in subdivisions along the abutting state highways if required by UDOT.
