§ 150.134 DEFAULT - STATE CODE.
   If there is no outlined appeal process regarding a land use authority’s decision in either the city ordinances or the city subdivision ordinances, the appeal processes outlined in UCA Title 10, Ch. 9a, Part 7, shall apply.
