As required by state code, this subchapter is provided to allow the applicant(s), a board, or officer of the city, or any other person who believes they are adversely affected by a decision of a land use authority to appeal such decision to an Appeal Authority. The appeal process and appeal authority are fully outlined in §§ 155.055 through 155.057.
