As required by UCA § 10-9a-207, and in accordance with §§ 155.035 through 155.043, the city shall provide notice of all public hearings and public meetings for adoption or modification of a land use regulation; a proposed multiple-unit residential or commercial or industrial development; an amendment to a subdivision; a petition to vacate a public street; and an amendment to public improvements in a subdivision or development.
